Golden robe. The bouquet springs forward on cassis, baked pineapple, plum blossom, curry spice. This engages well on the palate, white raisin with beeswax and pistachio contributors. Suave, satin texture makes it appealing, rather sumptuous. Its density works well, and is accompanied by dried and honeyed orchard fruits on its lasting finish. Now – 2040+.

Harvested en block from this prime parcel located high up the steep hill part of the Zeltinger Himmelreich at well over 100° Oechsle towards the end of the harvest. Auslese in must weight, but not in process. 13 grams acidity in 2010. Screw cap closure.
