Ruby. Aromatically expressive and classically proportioned, this wine presents a compelling interplay of lingering primary fruit and well-developed secondary nuance. The nose is notably perfumed and layered, offering dark red cherry framed by exotic spice, soy, incense, and a purple florality, with subtle accents of clove, black tea, bonfire smoke, and antique wood. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied yet strikingly refined, with impressive clarity and a graceful, lifted freshness reminiscent of a cooler, elegant vintage profile. The texture is suave and quietly luxurious, supported by a structure that is clearly resolving, firm but mellowing tannins carrying the flavors toward a remarkably long, deep, and poised finish. With air, additional shades of damson plum and dark chocolate emerge, reinforcing both the wine’s regal balance and its evolving complexity.
